All tours cancelled less than 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking fee.
All tours canceled within 24 hours of scheduled departure are non-refundable. We do offer complimentary rescheduling options.
If you fail to notify us of a cancellation by phone or email, your reservation is still active for us and therefore in case you do not show up there will be a 100% charge.
